The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Dallas Lawson was arrested for GOB* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 12:01 p.m. and was released at 1:28 p.m. the same day.
- Melissa Epperson was arrested for CPF* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and MISC CPF x1 at 1:25 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Kevin Thompson was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 5:17 p.m. Thompson’s bond has been set at $10,500.00.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 476 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Friday morning.

- Justin Rivera was arrested for TERRORISTIC THREAT OF FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD at 1:39 a.m. Rivera’s bond has been set at $500.00.
- Stepherner Frazier was arrested for BURGLARY OF HABITATION (F2) at 12:05 p.m. Fraizer’s bond has been set at $50,000.00.
- Melissa Epperson was arrested for CPF* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and MISC CPF x1 at 1:25 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- George Brashear was arrested for MISC US MARSHAL HOLD at 3:43 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Elizabeth Pina was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 4:01 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Kevin Thompson was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 5:17 p.m. Thompson’s bond has been set at $10,500.00.
- Dustin Nelson was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 at 3:37 a.m. and was released at 10:43 a.m. the same day on $1,500.00 bond.
- Marina Zemke was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 1:54 a.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Dallas Lawson was arrested for GOB* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 12:01 p.m. and was released at 1:28 p.m. the same day.
