Capital Murder Tops Wednesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Jeffery Nicholas was arrested for CAPITAL MURDER OF A PEACE OFFICER OR FIREMAN at 5:38 a.m. Nicholas’ bond has been set at $4,000,000.00.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 481 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Tuesday, May 11, 2021:

 

  • Mark Lindem was arrested for FTA* PROH WEAPON KNUCKLES and FTA* DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES at 4:47 a.m. Lindem’s bond has been set at $8,000.00.
  • Jeffery Nicholas was arrested for CAPITAL MURDER OF A PEACE OFFICER OR FIREMAN at 5:38 a.m. Nicholas’ bond has been set at $4,000,000.00.
  • Domingo Cruz was arrested for MTR* EVADING ARREST DET W/VEH, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE, UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON, and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 8:50 a.m. Cruz’s bond has been set at $1,162.00.
  • Patricia Morgan was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC FTA x3, MISC POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC WALKING WITH TRAFFIC at 9:09 a.m. Morgan’s bond has been set at $4,056.00.
  • Raymond Affleck was arrested for VOP* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 9:27 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Jada Jones was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, and POSS CS PG 2 <1G at 11:38 a.m. Jones’ bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Bradley Sims was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, POSS CS PG 2 <1G, POSS CS PG 3 <28G, UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON, DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 12:29 p.m. Sims’ bond has been set at $3,000.00.
  • Dexter Lewis was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 4:16 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Crystal Curl was arresed for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 5:39 p.m. and was released at 9:58 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Jairo Ambrocio Rodriguez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 at 6:09 p.m. Ambrocio Rodriguez’s bond has been set at $1,500.00 bond.
  • Connie Mares was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, GOB* POSS CS PG 1 >1G<4G, and MISC CPF x2 at 10:44 p.m. Mares’ bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Robert Rodriguez was arrersted for PUBLIC INTOXICATION, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, WALKING WITH TRAFFIC, MISC FAIL TO IDENTIFY, and MISC FTA x10 at 11:56 p.m. Rodriguez’s bond has been set at $7,320.00.
  • Cody Palmour was arrested for MTR* BURGLARY OF BUILDING (F2) at 9:39 a.m. and was released at 12:28 p.m. the same day.
  • Megan Lemire was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 9:52 a.m. and was released at 2:13 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
