San Angelo Man Booked Into Jail for Lewd Acts with Children

SAN ANGELO, TX – A 20-year-old San Angelo man was arrested Monday after an indictment accused him of sexually abusing three separate children.

According to court documents, on May 6, a Tom Green County grand jury indicted Ethan Elliot, 20, for four counts of sexual assault of a child.

The indictment came after the district attorney's office acquired enough evidence that alleged Elliot had sex with three different children on multiple occasions.

The first time happened in Nov. 2019. He is alleged of sexually and orally raping the child. Then in Mar. 2020 Elliot found his second victim. The final child that Elliot allegedly raped was in Jan. 2021.

Elliot was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on May 24 at 3:12 p.m. He remains in the jail on a $25,000 bond. If he makes bond he can have no contact with the victims.
