Assault and Drug Paraphernalia Possession Arrests Top Wednesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Toan Pham was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 2:31 a.m. and was released at 8:43 a.m. the same day on $662.00 bond.
  • Westley Oliver was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 4:27 p.m. and was released at 5:28 p.m. the same day on $1,500.00 bond.
  • Aleigha Lewis was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and MISC CPF x1 at 11:19 p.m. and was released at 12:43 a.m. the next day on $462.00 bond.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 466 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday morning.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Wednesday, June 2nd, 2021:

  • Emily Ybarra was arrested for CPF* VIOLATE DL RESTRICTION, FTC *CPF* FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY, SML *CPF* FAIL TO DRIVE IN SINGLE LANE, and SP *CPF* SPEEDING at 1:02 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Shay Hohensee was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 1:55 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • John West was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT GIVE FALSE INFO at 3:50 p.m. West’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Eric Garcia was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 4:17 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Timothy Martinez was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 10:06 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Gary Martinez was arrested for MISC CPF X5 at 11:43 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Anthony Flores was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 12:17 a.m. and was released at 7:13 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Toan Pham was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 2:31 a.m. and was released at 8:43 a.m. the same day on $662.00 bond.
  • Westley Oliver was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 4:27 p.m. and was released at 5:28 p.m. the same day on $1,500.00 bond.
  • Aleigha Lewis was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and MISC CPF x1 at 11:19 p.m. and was released at 12:43 a.m. the next day on $462.00 bond.
  • Jose Alvarez was arrested for CPF x1 and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 8:29 p.m. and was released at 7:28 a.m. the next day on $662.00 bond.
  • Hector Nunez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 9:07 p.m. and was released at 7:28 a.m. the next day on $462.00 bond.
