Indecent Assault Arrest Tops Wednesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Kenneth Flanagan was arrested for INDECENT ASSAULT at 1:20 p.m. Flanagan’s bond has been set at $2,000.00.
  • Jermaine Landor was arrested for ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 11:24 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • David Linn was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 10:13 p.m. and no bond has been set.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 477 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Tuesday, June 8, 2021:

  • Oscar Arizola was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON, ASSAULT CLASS C, and MISC FTA x1 at 12:45 a.m. Arizola’s bond has been set at $26,074.00.
  • Dalton Ketcherside was arrested for UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON, NO DRIVER LICENSE, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MISC COMM x2, MISC FTA x2, and MISC VPTA x2 at 2:52 a.m. Ketcherside’s bond has been set at $13,808.00.
  • Julia Pedroza was arrested for VOP* CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$750<$2,500 at 8:50 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Kenneth Flanagan was arrested for INDECENT ASSAULT at 1:20 p.m. Flanagan’s bond has been set at $2,000.00.
  • Marcus Parker was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 4:42 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • David Linn was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 10:13 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Jermaine Landor was arrested for ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 11:24 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Eric Rocha was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 2:10 a.m. and was released at 10:43 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Faith Ramos was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 2:58 a.m. and was released at 12:13 p.m. the same day on $2,500.00 bond.
  • Javier Guevara was arrested for RPR* DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES at 1:32 a.m. and was released at 1:43 p.m. the same day.
  • Matthew Martinez was arrested for MISC CPF x4 and MISC FTA x1 at 12:51 a.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day on $502.00 bond.
  • Fransisco Pena was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 3:50 a.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day on $2,500.00 bond.
  • Edgar Mejia was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:34 p.m. and was released at 5:13 p.m. the same day.
  • Dianey Delatorre was arrested for THEFT at 5:54 p.m. and was released at 8:28 p.m. the same day on $1,500.00 bond.
