Possession of Love Nuggets and Other Dangerous Drugs Top Monday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Ralph Juarez was arrested for COMM* POSS DANGEROUS DRUG, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MISC CPF x3, MISC FTA x2, and MISC VPTA at 12:03 p.m. Juarez’s bond has been set at $1,978.00.
  • Brian Fielder was arrested for MTR* AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON and MTR*INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ at 9:23 a.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the same day.
  • Anthony Garcia was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 11:35 a.m. Garica’s bond has been set at $1,124.00.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 481 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Monday. June 28, 2021:

  • Anthony Garcia was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 11:35 a.m. Garica’s bond has been set at $1,124.00.
  • Ralph Juarez was arrested for COMM* POSS DANGEROUS DRUG, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MISC CPF x3, MISC FTA x2, and MISC VPTA at 12:03 p.m. Juarez’s bond has been set at $1,978.00.
  • Lance Lister was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$2,500<$30K and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 12:27 p.m. Lister’s bond has been set at $15,000.00.
  • Adam Aguero was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE at 12:50 p.m. Aguero’s bond has been set at $7,500.00.
  • Jonathan Nichols was arrested for RPR* POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 8:36 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Carlos Cabrera was arrested for SPEEDING- 10% OR OVER 50 MPH IN A 40 MPH ZONE, SPEEDING IN A POSTED SCHOOL ZONE 31 MPH IN A 20 MPH ZONE, and MISC VPTA x2 at 12:42 a.m. and was released at 1:43 a.m. the same day on $2,342.00 bond.
  • Brian Fielder was arrested for MTR* AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON and MTR*INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ at 9:23 a.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the same day.
  • Melecio Martinez was arrested for COMM* RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, DEFECTIVE TAIL LIGHT, NO SIGNAL OF INTENT, and MISC VPTA x2 at 1:35 p.m. and was released at 6:58 p.m. the same day on $2,210.00 bond.
  • J’Tavion Douglas was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 12:01 p.m. and was released at 7:13 p.m. the same day.
  • Cindy Cortinez was arrested for THEFT MAIL <=10 ADDRESSES at 11:52 a.m. and was released at 7:28 p.m. the same day.
  • Victor Giron-Chacon was arrested for MISC ICE HOLD at 3:27 p.m. and was released at 7:43 a.m. the next day.
