Police Investigating Deadly Shooting on a County Road

MIDLAND, TX – Authorities in Midland are investigating a deadly shooting on Country Road 1216 on Thursday evening.

According to MPD, one person was killed in the incident. The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.

The circumstances regarding the shooting or possible suspects have not been released at this time. The shooting remains under investigation.
