Resisting Arrest & DWI Arrests Top Weekend Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • David Creek was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 10:27 p.m. and was released at 9:13 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Kris Munoz was arrested for PEDESTRIAN -WALKING WITH TRAFFIC at 12:05 a.m. and was released at 3:28 p.m. the same day on $264.00 bond.
  • Heston Peacock was arrested for MTR* DEL CS/MARIJ TO MINOR at 1:27 p.m. and no bond has been set.
     

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 548 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Monday morning.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Friday, September 17, 2021:

  • Jesse Fleming was arrested for POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 12:41 a.m. Fleming’s bond has been set at $662.00.
  • Misty Hernandez was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 4:02 a.m. Hernandez’s bond has been set at $7,500.00.
  • Heather Plumley was arrested for MTR* INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE RECKLESS SBI/MENTAL at 3:11 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Richard Boyd was arrested for CONTINUOUS VIOLENCE AGAINST THE FAMILY at 3:49 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Seth Sanchez was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, RPR* POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MISC CPF x4, and MISC FTA x1 at 10:54 p.m. Sanchez’s bond has been set at $1,046.00.
  • Misael Vieyra-Cruz was arrested for FTA* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 12:12 a.m. and was released at 2:58 p.m. the same day on $5,000.00 bond.
  • Kris Munoz was arrested for PEDESTRIAN -WALKING WITH TRAFFIC at 12:05 a.m. and was released at 3:28 p.m. the same day on $264.00 bond.
  • Edwin Farr was arrested for FTA* FAILURE TO APPEAR ON at 4:57 p.m. and was released at 7:58 p.m. the same day on $454.00 bond.
  • Diego Lopez-Urrutia was arrested for RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, and POSSESSION DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 4:22 a.m. and was released at 12:13 a.m. the next day on $2,162.00 bond.
  • Scotty Roberts was arrested for THEFT CLASS C at 10:29 p.m. and was released at 2:28 a.m. the next day on $444.00 bond.
  • Kimber Bradley was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 2:57 p.m. and was released at 7:28 p.m. the next day on $462.00 bond.
  • Amanda Cockrell was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and FAILURE TO CHANGE ADDRESS ON DRIVER LICENSE at 10:25 p.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. on 9/17/2021 on $2,882.00 bond.
  • Elijah Davis was arrested for MISC CPF x9 at 3:31 p.m. and was released at 4:43 on 9/20/2021.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Saturday, September 18, 2021:

  • Margarita Rodriguez was arrested for RPR* CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISC FTA x4, and MISC WALKING WITH TRAFFIC at 10:39 a.m. Rodriguez’s bond has been set at $2,129.00.
  • Heston Peacock was arrested for MTR* DEL CS/MARIJ TO MINOR at 1:27 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Timothy O’Shea was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, RESIST ARREST SEARHC OR TRANSPORT, and EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 7:52 p.m. O’Shea’s bond has been set at $2,000.00.
  • Reginald McNeal was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 2:28 a.m. and was released at 6:58 a.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
  • Haley Winn was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 3:43 a.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
  • Charles Mitchell was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 2:32 a.m. and was released at 11:28 a.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
  • Michael Segura was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 3:01 a.m. and was released at 7:43 p.m. the same day on $10,000.00 bond.
  • Jose Soto Castro was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 9:42 p.m. and was released at 1:28 p.m. the next day on $7,500.00 bond.
  • Joseph Velez was arrested for HARASSMENT, NO DRIVER LICENSE, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, SPEEDING 10% OR OVER 51 MPH IN A 40 MPH ZONE, FTA FAILURE TO APPEAR ON, NO DL (ICON), MISC FTA, MISC VPTA x3, and CPF* SPEEDING (ICON) at 1:35 a.m. and was released at 2:58 p.m. the next day on $4,614.00 bond.
  • Alyssa Puga was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE at 8:59 p.m. and was released at 9:43 p.m. the next day on $7,500.00 bond.
  • Justin Delarosa was arrested for RPR* EVADING ARREST DETENTION and CRIM TRESPASS HABIT/SHLTR/SUPRFUND/INSTRT at 1:17 p.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. on 9/20/2021 on $500.00 bond.
  • Adrian Salinas was arrested for ASSALUT BY CONTACT at 4:26 a.m. and was released at 12:43 p.m. on 9/20/2021 on $512.00 bond.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Sunday, September 19, 2021:

  • Tanner Mrazek was arrested for FALSE ALARM OR REPORT at 5:33 p.m. Mrazek’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Luis Coronel was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 1:08 a.m. and was released at 7:58 a.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
  • Andrew Sanchez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:40 a.m. and was released at 11:43 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • John Alcala was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 at 4:56 a.m. and was released at 1:13 the same day on $1,500.00 bond.
  • Jordan Sherman was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 5:55 a.m. and was released at 1:13 p.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
  • David Creek was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 10:27 p.m. and was released at 9:13 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Stephen Click was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 9:51 p.m. and was released at 11;13 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Leon Campbell was arrested for RPR* POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 7:06 p.m. and was released at 4:43 p.m. the next day.
