Aggravated Assault and Public Intoxication Arrests Top Thursday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Eric Gaitan was arrested for AGG ASSAULT DATE/FAMILY/HOUSE W/WEAPON, EVADING ARREST DET W/PREV CONVICTION, RECKLESS DRIVING, POSS DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 6:24 p.m. Gaitan’s bond has been set at $111,662.00.
  • Cherry Guilliam was arrested for ASSAULT BY CONTACT and ASSAULT FAMILY VIOLENCE at 11:20 p.m. and was released at 12:28 p.m. the next day on $1,104.00 bond

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 545 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond. 

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Thursday, September 23, 2021:

  • Keith Taldon was arrested for ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 2:02 a.m. Taldon’s bond has been set at $20,000.00.
  • April Sanchez was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 3:49 p.m. Sanchez’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Eric Gaitan was arrested for AGG ASSAULT DATE/FAMILY/HOUSE W/WEAPON, EVADING ARREST DET W/PREV CONVICTION, RECKLESS DRIVING, POSS DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 6:24 p.m. Gaitan’s bond has been set at $111,662.00.
  • Mario Sanchez was arrested for J/NISI* SEX ABUSE OF CHILD CONTINUOUS: VICTIM UNDER 14 at 7:53 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Adam Mendoza was arrested for SPEEDING IN A POSTED SCHOOL ZONE 34 MPH IN A 20 MPH ZONE, POSSESSION/DELIVERY OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, INTERFER W/PUBLIC DUITES, MISC CPF x3, and MISC VPTA x1 at 9:19 p.m. Mendoza’s bond has been set at $3,068.00.
  • Collin Delarosa was arrested for GJI* STALKING and CPF* CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750 at 10:05 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Stephanie Serrato was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$2,500<$30K, FAIL TO IDENITFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE, DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, IMPEDING TRAFFIC, and NO DRIVER LICENSE at 10:17 p.m. Serrato’s bond has been set at $9,104.00.
  • Lonnie Haley was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 11:27 p.m. Haley’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • James Palmour was arrested for MISC CPF x1 at 1:13 a.m. and was released at 2:58 a.m. the same day.
  • Gabriel Cuellar was arrested for WALKING WITH FLOW OF TRAFFIC at 12:37 a.m. and was released at 9:43 a.m. the same day on $690.00 bond.
  • Paul Schuman was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 1:16 a.m. and was released at 9:43 a.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
  • Travis Whitbeck was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 2:54 a.m. and was released at 9:43 a.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
  • Bryan Barnes was arrested for GOB* UNL POSS METAL OR BODY ARMOR BY FELON at 2:10 p.m. and was released at 3:13 p.m. the same day.
  • Anthony Cobb was arrested for MISC CPF x3 at 11:41 a.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day.
  • Jimmy Garcia was arrested for DEFECTIVE BRAKE LIGHTS, EXPIRED DDRIVER LICENSE/ID, and FAIL TO DISPLAY DRIVER LICENSE- SUBSEQUENT OFFENSE at 6:19 p.m. and was released at 7:43 p.m. the same day on $1,550.00 bond.
  • Steve Valdez was arrested for EXPIRED DL and EXPIRED VEHICLE REGISTRATION at 9:09 p.m. and was released at 10:43 p.m. the same day on $646.00 bond.
  • Aaron Vela was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$150K<$30K at 6:30 p.m. and was released at 10:58 p.m. the same day.
  • Regene Latham was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, DWLI, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC VPTA x2 at 11:34 p.m. and was released at 2:28 a.m. the next day on $5,164.00 bond.
  • Cherry Guilliam was arrested for ASSAULT BY CONTACT and ASSAULT FAMILY VIOLENCE at 11:20 p.m. and was released at 12:28 p.m. the next day on $1,104.00 bond.
