Five Suspects Arrested After Bullets Fly in Afternoon Shootout

 

ODESSA – The Odessa Police Department confirmed a total of five arrests made in connection to a Wednesday afternoon shooting.

According to OPD, officers were dispatched to the area of 42nd Street and Andrews Highway for reports of gunfire involving multiple individuals and vehicles.

Five of the suspects have been arrested in connection to the shooting –– including two juveniles.

The three suspects that were identified are 18-year-old Keemadrick Sauls, 19-year-old Ananius Williams, 17-year-old Jason Ybarra. All five suspects have been charged with organized criminal activity.

Sauls was also charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, burglary of a habitation, and evading arrest.
