Violent Dangerous Suspect Indicted & Arrested for Stalking Local Woman

SAN ANGELO, TX – A Copperas Cove man was indicted in September by a Tom Green County grand jury for stalking.

According to court documents, on Sep. 23, Collin Delarosa, 33, of Copperas Cove, was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility for a grand jury indictment for stalking and a warrant for criminal mischief.

The stalking allegedly occurred from Feb. 2019 to Mar. 2021. During which Delarosa is accused of harassing, annoying, alarming, abusing, tormenting, embarrassing and offending a San Angelo woman.

At one point Delarosa broke the woman's glass door, threatened to kill her and a member of her family.

Stalking is a third degree felony but this will be enhanced to a second degree felony due to Delarosa being convicted of burglary of a habitation in 2013.

He is currently being held at the jail on a $25,000 bond for the stalking charge. Unfortunately for him, the County Court at Law has placed a hold without bond on Delorosa for the criminal mischief charge.
