Theft of a Firearm, Child Endangerment, and DWI Arrests Top Weekend Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Daniela Recendez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 9:59 p.m. and was released at 3:58 a.m. the next day on $462.00 bond.
  • Ruban Fernandez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED W/CHILD UNDER 15YOA at 10:46 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Benito Rodriguez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 10:44 p.m. and was released at 8:13 a.m. the next day on $440.00 bond.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 549 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Friday, October 1, 2021:

  • Kevin Waddell was arrested for MISC COMM x8 at 3:17 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Eutimio Gomez was arrested for RPR* CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISC FTA x1, and MISC FTA x2 at 5:13 a.m. Gomez’s bond has been set at $1,760.60.
  • Reinaldo Vargas-Fabian was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 8:54 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Lonnie Haley was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 12:41 p.m. Haley’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Derek Ramos was arrested for J/N* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 3:38 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Jeramy Rendon was arrested for BURGLARY OF HABITATION (F2) at 3:38 p.m. Rendon’s bond has been set at $100,000.00.
  • Adam Lumbrera was arrested for CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=#2,500<$30K at 4:13 p.m. Lumbrera’s bond has been set at $15,000.00.
  • Brandy Sugar was arrested for GJI* FORGERY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT at 5:16 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Helena Stevens was arrested for MISC FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE at 8:52 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Richard Delacruz was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 10:57 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Donovan Moore was arrested for MTR* BURLGARY OF HABITATION (F2) at 3:42 p.m. and was released at 3:58 p.m. the next day.
  • Emerald Parras was arrested for GOB* SALE TO MINOR- ALCOHOL at 5:05 p.m. and was released at 11:13 p.m. the next day.
  • Hart Becerra was arrested for ABANDON ENDANGER CHILD CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE at 2:47 a.m. and was released at 8:43 p.m. on 10/3/2021 on $15,000.00 bond.
  • Freddie Reyna was arrested for FLEEING POLICE OFFICER and FAIL TO SIGNAL LANE CHANGE at 10:38 p.m. and was released at 11:58 p.m. the same day on $920.00 bond.
  • Michael Sloan was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 6:10 p.m. and was released at 7:43 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Kalesha Williams was arrested for COMM* THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 11:02 a.m. and was released at 3:28 p.m. the same day.
  • David Ayala was arrested for RPR* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 9:26 a.m. and was released at 10:28 a.m. the same day.
  • Jayson Zamora was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE and DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES at 2:57 a.m. and was released at 3:28 p.m. the same day on $20,500.00 bond.
  • Angelica Olvera was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 3:53 a.m. and was released at 7:58 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Antonio Rivera was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 2:33 a.m. and was released at 7:13 a.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • William Wright was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 2:26 a.m. and was released at 7:13 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Saturday, October 2, 2021:

  • Justin Hardee was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 1ST at 1:01 a.m. Hardee’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Lydia Tanguma was arrested for J/N* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, MISC CPF x12, and MISC FTA x1 at 2:32 a.m. Tanguma’s bond has been set at $502.00.
  • Geneva Aguilar was arrested for MTR* CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE, DISPLAY FICTITIOUS LICENSE PLATE, CLB, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 4:08 a.m. Aguilar’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Douglas Martinez was arrested for GOB* MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G and MISC CPF x7 at 10:40 a.m. Martinez’s bond has been set at $40,000.00.
  • Randy Salinas was arrested for CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC CPF x6 at 2:47 p.m. Salinas’ bond has been set at $210,990.60.
  • Joe Luna was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 4:08 p.m. Luna’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
  • David Ellichman was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCOHOL CONTAINER at 3:08 a.m. and was released at 12:43 p.m. the same day on $11,000.00 bond.
  • Ramon Garza was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 10:27 p.m. and was released at 7:43 a.m. the next day on $500.00 bond.

  • Caylie Martin was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 10:18 p.m. and was released at 1:58 a.m. the next day on $1,500.00 bond.
