The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Jimmy Keith was arrested for ASSAULT PEACE OFFICER/JUDGE, ARSON OF BLDG/HABIT/VEH RECKLESS CAUSE DAMAGE, and EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 2:38 p.m. Keith’s bond has been set at $85,000.00.
- Jose Ramos was arrested for SEX ABUSE OF CHILD CONTINUOUS: VICTIM UNDER 14 at 5:53 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Ryan Bennett was arrested for ASSAULT OF A PUBLIC SERVANT and POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 6:46 p.m. Bennett’s bond has been set at $50,000.00.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 550 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Wendell Childers was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 1:20 a.m. Childers’ bond has been set at $56,000.00.
- Eulalio Guerra was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 1:43 a.m. Guerra’s bond has been set at $55,000.00.
- Kayla Berrier was arrested for UNAUTH ABSENCE COMMUNITY CORRECTION FACILITY at 1:38 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Jimmy Keith was arrested for ASSAULT PEACE OFFICER/JUDGE, ARSON OF BLDG/HABIT/VEH RECKLESS CAUSE DAMAGE, and EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 2:38 p.m. Keith’s bond has been set at $85,000.00.

- Leonard Pritchard was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 6:52 p.m. Pritchard’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Abel Galvan was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE, MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, and MISC CPF x4 at 10:16 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Christina Hernandez was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 11:02 p.m. Hernandez’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Sabrina Medina was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 1:31 a.m. and was released at 3:28 p.m. the same day on $10,000.00 bond.
- Josue Munoz was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and ASSAULT FAM/HOUSEV MEM IMPEDE BREATH/CIRCULAT at 3:03 a.m. and was released at 3:43 p.m. the same day on $37,500.00 bond.
- Juan Rosas was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 11:53 p.m. and was released at 8:13 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Nicole Bilbo was arrested for THEFT OF SERV >=$30K<$150K and NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESONSIBILITY- SUBSEQUENT at 11:39 a.m. and was released at 12:28 p.m. the next day on $36,024.00 bond.
