Arson and Drug Possession Arrests Top Wednesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Jennifer Lamb was arrested for ARSON at 4:21 a.m. Lamb’s bond has been set at $50,000.00.
  • John Crisp was arrested for COMM* INDECENCY W/CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT at 10:17 a.m. and no bond has been set.

There are currently 577 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Wednesday, October 13, 2021:

  • Ediberto Lopez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID 2, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY- SUBSEQUENT, MISC COMM x18, MISC FTA x1, and MISC VPTA x2 at 2:57 a.m. Lopez’s bond has been set at $4,004.00.
  • Jennifer Lamb was arrested for ARSON at 4:21 a.m. Lamb’s bond has been set at $50,000.00.
  • Shane Allen was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 10:11 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • John Crisp was arrested for COMM* INDECENCY W/CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT at 10:17 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Hector Cadena was arrested for COMM* TERR THREAT IMP PUB SERV/PUB FEAR SBI/INFLU GV at 10:52 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Carlos Pena was arrested for RPR* POSS MARIJ <2OZ and MAN DEL CS PG 1 >4G<200G at 2:31 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Saul Arellano was arrested for J/N* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 7:16 p.m. Arellano’s bond has been set at $7,500.00.
  • Paul Aidala was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY VIOLENCE at 8:23 p.m. Aidala’s bond has been set at $5,000.00.
  • Kristin Sanders was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 10:00 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Banon Roe was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 10:17 p.m. Roe’s bond has been set at $31,000.00.
  • Rajah Keller was arrested for POSS DANGERGOUS DRUG, MTR* ABANDON ENDANGER CHILD W/INTENT TO RETURN, WALKING WITH TRAFFIC, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC FTA x3 at 11:18 p.m. Keller’s bond has been set at $4,093.00.
  • Ricardo Montes was arrested for POSS DANGEROUS DRUG and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 11:33 p.m. Montes’ bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • James Franklin was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 11:57 p.m. Franklin’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Curtis Stevens was arrested for RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, POSSESSION/DELIVERY DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FAIL TO APPEAR ON COURT DATE at 9:42 a.m. and was released at 2:13 p.m. the same day on $2,264.00 bond.
  • Martin Foster was arrested for RPR* DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES at 10:09 a.m. and was released at 2:13 p.m. the same day.
  • Phillip Sevier was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 10:38 a.m. and was released at 2:13 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Isaiah Fuentes was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 at 2:17 a.m. and was released at 4:58 p.m. the same day on $1,500.00 bond.
  • Michelle Lopez was arrested for DISPLAY FICTITIOUS LICENSE PLATE, CLB and LICENSE PLATES- WRONG PLATE ON VEHICLE at 10:24 p.m. and was released at 1:13 a.m. the next day on $832.00 bond.
  • Jose Perez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID 2, FAIL TO STOP AT DESGINATED POINT AT A YIELD SIGN, MISC COMM x8, and MISC VPTA x2 at 12:33 a.m.  and was released at 1:13 p.m. the next day on$2,998.00.
