DWI Arrests Top Halloween Weekend Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Danny Juarez was arrested for SEXUAL ASSAULT at 1:54 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Jeremiah Chavarria was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEH OR WATERCRAFT, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, and DRIVING W/LICENSE INVALID at 6:12 p.m. Chavarria’s bond has been set at $70,690.00.
  • Joshua Peel was arrested for J/N* ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV and ABANDON CHILD CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE at 7:27 p.m. and no bond has been set.

There are currently 588 inmates at the TGCDF as of Monday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

  • Dominic Reza was arrested for MO* TERRORISTIC THREAT CAUSE FEAR OF IMMINENT SBI at 10:39 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Danny Juarez was arrested for SEXUAL ASSAULT at 1:54 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Taylor Lee was arrested for VOP* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:04 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Amber Jimenez was arrested for THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT TO GIVE FALSE INFO, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 4:26 p.m. Jimenez’s bond has been set at $13,000.00.
  • Angel Ledesma was arrested for MTR* EVADING ARREST DET W/PREV CONVICTION at 4:45 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Anthony Garcia was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 5:00 p.m. Garcia’s bond has been set at $462.00.
  • Jeremiah Chavarria was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEH OR WATERCRAFT, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, and DRIVING W/LICENSE INVALID at 6:12 p.m. Chavarria’s bond has been set at $70,690.00.
  • Tommy McCutchen was arrested for FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING ITEMS # OF ITEMS <5, GOB* DISPPAY FICTITIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION, RPR* POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, INDECENY W/A CHILD EXPOSES, MISC FTA x2, and MISC NO DRIVER LICENSE at 7:17 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Antonio Degollado was arrested for VOP* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ at 7:22 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Kala Knighton was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, GOB* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, GJI* POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, and GOB* POSS CS PG 2 >1G at 7:22 p.m. and no bond has been set.

  • Jose Roque was arrested for POSS MARIJ >=4OZ<5LBS, POSS CS PG 2 >=4G<200G, and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 10:57 p.m. and was released at 4:43 p.m. the next day on $32,500.00 bond.
  • Annette Miller was arrested for INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ at 12:01 p.m. and was released at 7:28 p.m. the next day.

  • Milton Adams was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 1:39 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Veronica Prieto was arrested for DISORDERLY CONDUCT – AFFRAY at 1:50 a.m. Prieto’s bond has been set at $462.00.
  • Alexis Lohse was arrested for MTR* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 2:54 a.m. Lohse’s bond has been set at $2,000.00.

  • Christie Thopkins was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 4:31 a.m. Tompkin’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Loe Belman was arrested for DUI DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE/MINOR at 5:06 a.m. Belman’s bond has been set at $262.00.
  • Bryan Fabela was arrested for CPF* NO DRIVER LIENCE and CPF* SPEEDING at 8:41 a.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the same day.

  • Samuel Rivas was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 9:21 p.m. and was released at 3:28 p.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
  • Mark Galvan was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, POSS MARIJ <2OZ, and POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G at 4:33 p.m. and was released on 11/01/2021 at 2:13 p.m. on $16,000.00 bond.
  • Cody McKinney was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 10:14 p.m. and was released on 11/01/2021 at 2:13 p.m. on $15,000.00 bond.

  • Justyn Betts was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 1:33 a.m. and was released at 2:58 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Tyquon Black was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 1ST at 3:01 a.m. and was released at 9:43 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
