Odessa Middle School Student Arrested for Threatening to Shoot Up School

 

ODESSA, TX - A middle school student at Ector County ISD was arrested on Friday for threatening to shoot students at his school.

The Ector County ISD has said a student at Nimitz Middle School is going to be charged with threaten/exhibition of a firearm in a public school. The student said that if he had a gun, he would shoot everyone in the school.

Investigators believe that the student was frustrated and no one was in danger at the school.
