The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Raymond Acosta was arrested for SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD, AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD, and INDECENCY W/CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT at 8:07 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- James Reyes was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE, and MISC CPF x7 at 10:57 p.m. Reyes’ bond has been set at $10,500.00.
- Lacy Amyx was arrested for HARASSMENT and FALSE ALARM OR REPORT at 2:35 p.m. Amyx’s bond has been set at $2,500.00.
There are currently 500 inmates at the TGCDF as of Monday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Daniel Gatica was arrested for BURLGARY OF BUILDING (FS), POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=1G<4G, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC FTA x2, MISC POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 5:34 p.m. Gatica’s bond has been set at $32,428.00.
