Drug Possession Arrests Top Wednesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Sarah Garcia was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=4G<200G at 1:35 a.m. Garcia’s bond has been set at $35,000.00.
  • John Paxton was arrested for UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON at 7:53 p.m. Paxton’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.

There are currently 496 inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Wednesday, January 19, 2022:

  • Sarah Garcia was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=4G<200G at 1:35 a.m. Garcia’s bond has been set at $35,000.00.
  • Robert Francios was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 2:41 a.m. Francios’ bond has been set at $2,500.00.
  • Collin Crain was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 9:18 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Jose Herrera was arrested for RPR* DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES at 12:02 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Juan Guerrero was arrested GJI* AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON and GJI* ASSAULT FAM/HOUSE MEM IMPEDE BREATH/CIRCUALTE at 2:42 p.m. Guerrero’s bond has been set at $80,000.00.
  • Brittaney Gauna was arrested for VOP* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 7:30 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Michael Martin was arrested for RPR* POSS CS PG 2-A <=2OZ at 7:41 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • John Paxton was arrested for UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON at 7:53 p.m. Paxton’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
  • Rondrick Gray was arrested for GJI* MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, GJI* MAN DEL CS PG 2 OR 2-A >=4G<200G, GJI* NAN DEL CS PG 3/4>= 400G, GJI* POSS CS PG 1<1G, and MISC CPF x1 at 9:32 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Martin Galvan was arrested for POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 1:25 a.m. and was released at 12:43 p.m. the same day on $662.00 bond.
  • Tymmothy Zapata was arrested for MISC CPF x1 at 4:45 p.m. and was released at 6:58 p.m. the same day.
  • Samuel Ruiz was arrested for MISC CPF x3, MISC SPEEDING CZ W/WORKERS- 10% OR OVER 35 MPH IN A 25 MPH ZONE, and MISC VPTA at 5:38 p.m. and was released at 11:28 p.m. the same day on $1,216.00 bond.
  • Logan Steed was arrested for RACING ON HIGHWAY at 11:43 p.m. and was released at 9:58 a.m. the next day on $500.00 bond.
