Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrests Top Daily Bookings

 

SAN ANGELO – 13 individuals were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on charges including possession and delivery of drug paraphernalia, possession of hard drugs, and criminal trespass.

Kevin Hale, 28, Rosie Hedrick, 29, Adriana Sanchez, 41, and 43-year-old Joshua Peacock were arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and other drug related charges.  

Peacock was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, PG1/1B Fentanyl between 1 and 4 grams, Possession PG 3 Xanax or other stimulants less than 28 grams, Possession PG 4 Codeine or Morphine less than 28 grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,  3 warrants for Miscellaneous Court Fines and 2 warrants for Failure to Appear in Court.  He was booked at 3:25 a.m. Tuesday and his bond was initially set at $3,666.  

Sanchez was charged with Possession of between 1 and 4 grams of Fentanyl and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  She was booked at 2:39 a.m. Tuesday and her bond was set at $662.  

Hedrick was charged with Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia, J/N Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 less than 1 gram of Meth, PG1B less than 1 gram of Fentanyl, and one charge of Failure to Appear in Court.  She was booked at 2:19 p.m. Monday and her bond was set at $1,264.

Hale was charged with Criminal Trespass and Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was booked at 12:39 p.m. and released at 7:28 p.m. after posting $4,292 bond.

Legalize/decriminalize all drugs. Worked really well for Portugal. Besides there is no reason people should spend the rest of their lives in prison for non violent drug offenses. Legalizing weed federally would bring in tax revenue. So many positives and very little negatives.
