South Texas Constable Missing: 1 in Custody

EAGLE PASS, TX – Police in South Texas on Tuesday are searching for a missing Maverick County Constable.

According to multiple reports, on Feb. 2, 2023, Constable Evelyn Guardado, 24, of Eagle Pass, went missing. The Eagle Pass Police Department confirmed that they do have a man in custody. He is only charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle as he was found driving her vehicle.
