32-year-old Robert Mejia was arrested by San Angelo Police for Possession of less than 2 ozs of Marijuana, Possession of between 4 grams and 200 grams of Meth/Fentanyl, Driving with License Invalid with a Previous Conviction/Suspension without Fine or Restitution, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
