SAN ANGELO – 15 individuals were booked into the Tom Green County Jail in the last 24 hours on charges including Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Felony Theft of Service.
18-year-old Andrew Jacob Garza was arrested by San Angelo Police for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 6:41 p.m. Monday. His bond is listed at $75,000.00. It is unclear at this time if Garza'a arrest was in connection with the two shootings in San Angelo last week, but the offense date is Thursday, Aug. 3, which is the date of the shootings on Brown St. and on Piasano Place in San Angelo.
30-year-old Payton Agustus Simmons of Mineral Wells was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies on Warrants out of Eastland Co. for Theft of Service between $2,500 and $30,000, Theft of Service between $30,000 and $150,000, and Possession of less than 1 gram of meth/fentanyl. He was booked into jail at 3:18 p.m. Monday. His bond is listed at $50,000.
