SAN ANGELO, Texas—Law enforcement officials arrested and booked 30 individuals into the Tom Green County Jail in the last 24 hours on charges including Capital Murder, Indecency with a Child, Criminal Mischief and Drug Possession.

As we reported exclusively Friday evening, Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies jailed Joshua Garcia, 22, on a Grand Jury Indictment for Capital Murder by Terroristic Threat/Other Felony, GJI Murder, a Bench Warrant and MISC Transport Detainer. He was booked into the TGCJ at 1:04 p.m. While no bond is listed on the jail website, bond is listed at $1.5 million in court records.
San Angelo Police arrested Gaylene Montoya, 42, of San Antonio for Assault of Hospital on Hospital Property. She was booked into jail at 5:29 a.m. Saturday. She is being held without bond.
San Angelo Police arrested Noah 'None' Gonzales, 23, for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000. He was booked into jail at 1:05 p.m. Friday. His bond is listed at $12,000.00.
