SAN ANGELO, TX — The San Angelo Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man suspected of involvement in an ongoing debit and credit card abuse investigation.
According to police, the male suspect has a tattoo on his right hand and was seen wearing a distinct necklace that may help identify him. Surveillance images show the man wearing a dark hoodie.
Anyone who recognizes the individual or has information about his identity is asked to contact the San Angelo Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division at 325-657-4351 and reference Case #2025-0012442.

I'll never understand why retailers allow hoodies up inside their establishments...if they were more aware of red flags they wouldn't get taken for so often
