Midland Woman Brags On Facebook She Charged the Capitol
MIDLAND, TX – Less than two years ago Jenny Cudd was making her case to become Midland's mayor, now she's part of the group of violent domestic terrorists who charged the Capitol building.
According to screenshots of Cudd's Facebook page that have been circulating on social media, the flower shop owner told her friends "We are charging the capital."
Cudd appears to have been identified after she went live on Facebook and bragged about what "patriots" were doing inside the federal building,
The entire video was removed from her social media page, but nearly 30 seconds of the live video has been going viral. News outlets are reporting Cudd's original rant when on for nearly 30 minutes.
In the video, Cudd describes the group that broke into the office of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and took pictures flipping off the camera. She goes on to brag that the picture was shown on Fox News.
After receiving criticism for her involvement in the unprecedented violence that occurred on January 6th, Cudd maintains she did nothing wrong.
“I did not do anything illegal, vandalize, or hurt anyone.”
Cudd told local media she plans to wear a gas mask at future protests.
To identify the domestic terrorists involved the FBI has set up an online form for individuals to submit tips and digital media showing the rioting and violence inside the Capitol and the surrounding area on Jan. 6.
“Please use this form to submit any images, videos, or other multimedia files you have related to possible violations of federal law committed. Our goal is to preserve the public’s constitutional right to protest by protecting everyone from violence and other criminal activity,” the FBI said in a release.
Citizens can also make tips by calling 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324) or email them to tips.fbi.gov.
