SAN ANGELO, TX – Online registration for the 2021-2022 school year is now open for all new and returning San Angelo ISD students entering grades Pre-K through 12. It is important for returning SAISD students to fill out the “Returning Student Registration Form” in order to verify their student information or update any information that may have changed like contact numbers or health considerations for your student.
Registration can be completed from any web browser or smartphone. Parents can digitally upload documents required to complete registration such as birth certificate, proof of address, social security card, and immunization records in PDF, JPEG, and other standard file formats.
Parents of new SAISD students will complete a “New Student Registration Form”. Students who must complete the New Student Registration Form include:
- New Pre-K or Kindergarten students
- Students who are new to San Angelo or San Angelo ISD
Parents can determine which school their student is eligible to attend by entering their address in our Infofinder system. This information will be helpful while filling out your “New Student Registration Form”.
Please ensure you have the proper language selected when entering your student’s information in the “New Student Registration Form”. This helps SAISD to communicate with you through your native or preferred language.

It is important to complete the “Returning Student Registration Form”, or verification of enrollment, in order to confirm your student’s information or update any information that may have changed. SAISD uses this information to contact parents during emergency situations including weather or safety issues, or collect important medical information to keep your student safe and healthy during the school day. If any of this information has changed, please be sure you have the proper documentation or information handy to complete the form including your students Doctor contact information or insurance information.
Parents can access the “Returning Student Registration Form” through their Home Access Center (HAC) account. If you do not know your username or password or need to create a HAC account, please follow these instructions.
You will find the “Returning Student Registration Form” within HAC on the “Registration” screen. From the Registration page, select the “Update Enrollment” tab and click the “Start” link next to “Returning Student Registration.” The registration process will need to be completed for each student in your household. To register a different student, select their name from the drop down menu in the top right corner of HAC. The language preference of your “Returning Student Registration Form” can be changed by clicking the globe icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
Please note that while Returning Student Registration can be completed on a mobile device, parents will need to login to HAC from a mobile browser rather than the mobile app in order to access the form.
