WATCH: Immaculate Explosion? Alec Baldwin Says He Didn't Pull the Trigger

LOS ANGELES, CA – Alec Baldwin has finally broken his silence following the shooting on the set of "Rust" that left one woman dead.

The full interview has not been released yet but a preview released by ABC shows Baldwin in a very emotional state.

"I think back and I think of what could I have done?" Baldwin said. "She was someone who was loved by everyone who worked with [her] and liked by everyone who worked with [her], and admired... I mean, even now I find it hard to believe that [she's gone]. It doesn't seem real to me."

He also attempted to clarify a few details on how everything went down.

"The trigger wasn’t pulled. I didn’t pull the trigger," Baldwin with George Stephanopoulos. "No, no, no, no, I would never point a gun at anyone and pull the trigger. Never."
