Grape Creek ISD Planning Alternative Graduation Ceremony

GRAPE CREEK, TX – The Grape Creek Independent School District is complying with Governor Greg Abbott's decision to shut down school Friday. Don't worry Seniors you will still be able to have a graduation.

The following is a letter sent to parents and students at Grape Creek ISD.

Dear Parents/Guardians, Staff, and Community,

Per orders disseminated by the Governor of Texas on April 17, 2020, Grape Creek ISD will not reopen the facilities to the public and will continue to serve our students and families remotely through online/remote instruction for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.

We will continue to provide the food services and assistance that we have been providing from the beginning of the facilities closure while providing remote/distance learning and services due to COVID-19.

We have been diligently working toward plans for an alternative graduation ceremony for our graduating seniors and will provide details as soon as possible. Please continue to reach out to our staff and campuses for assistance or guidance. The latest news, updates and most reliable information can be obtained through the school district website at www.grapecreekisd.net

We appreciate your continued support, and partnership during this time.
