COVID-19 Daily Infections Remain Steady

SAN ANGELO, TX – Daily COVID-19 infections seem to be steadying out at around 60 per day, according to the San Angelo Health Department.

The City of San Angelo Public Information Office, on Jan. 28, confirmed another 62 new positive COVID-19 infections.

That brings Tom Green County's total count since March to 15,562. There are 119,200 residents in Tom Green County.

There are currently 63 COVID-19 patients in the hospital. Yesterday Shannon reported 66 patients in the hospital.

There have been 269 Coronavirus fatalities in Tom Green County. 

There are 836 available hospital beds in Trauma Service Area K.

Yesterday the health department reported that there were 1,168 active infections of COVID-19 in Tom Green County.
