Double Digit COVID-19 Infections Reported Thursday

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Thursday's Daily COVID report revealed double digit new infections.

According to the City of San Angelo's Public Information Office, on Friday, Mar. 25, the San Angelo's Health Department reported another 11 COVID-19 infections and no fatalities.

That brings Tom Green County's total count since March 2020 to 16,552. There are 119,200 residents in Tom Green County.

eight of the 11 cases Thursday came from Antigen tests. The other were PCR tests.

There are currently four COVID-19 patients in the hospital.

The COVID-19 death toll in San Angelo is 306. 198 fatalities from Tom Green County residents and 108 from out of county.

Yesterday the city reported that there were 182 active cases in Tom Green County.
