WATCH: Limited Number of Tickets Still Available for Popular San Angelo SCI Banquet

SAN ANGELO – Tickets and tables for the growing and popular Safari Club International San Angelo Chapter 8th Annual banquet are going fast.

According to SCI chapter president Jimmy Fontenot, there are still some individual tickets and a few tables available for the entertaining event which includes dinner, drinks, silent & live auctions and much more.

"I often here this statement from various hunters as I travel around the country. We hunters have enjoyed bountiful opportunities to pursue game not only in our country, but in the game rich fields of International destinations.

These opportunities to pursue your hunting dreams appear to be forever , but our passion is constantly under attack from the anti - hunting population. With Science based Wildlife Management principles in place, the Anti hunting sector on a daily basis challenge those principles due to their emotional attachment to animals and they are financially able to continue their mission to destroy our way of life." Fontenot said recently in a social media post.

Individual tickets are $125 and include the open bar, dinner, silent auctions, bucket raffles and a live auction.

To purchase a ticket, contact Leland Key at 325-895-0861 or lelandkey10@gmailcom.

The SCI annual banquet will be held Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the First Financial Pavilion west of the San Angelo Coliseum.  Doors open at 5 p.m. with dinner at 7 p.m. followed by live auction fun.
