Municipal Pool Open for the Season

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Municipal Pool is open for the summer season, welcoming swimmers from noon to 6 p.m. The pool operates on this schedule Tuesday through Sunday until September 1. 

Located at 18 E. Ave. A, the pool offers a variety of admission options. Entry is $5 per person for those aged 3-64, $3 for individuals aged 65 and older, and free for children aged 2 and younger. 

Private party reservations for 2024 are also open. Private parties can be booked any day of the week with time slots available from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. The costs for private parties are as follows: $325 for 1-100 people, $475 for 101-200 people, $625 for 201-300 people, and $775 for 301-400 people. A $100 deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. To make a reservation, visit cosatx.us/civicrec.

Semi-private party rentals are also available at a rate of $30 per hour plus $3 per person, with a two-hour minimum requirement. During these parties, the pool remains open to the public.

For families and individuals looking for season-long access, the pool offers a family pass at $250 for a family of four, with an additional $50 per extra person, and an individual pass at $100 per person. Umbrella and table rentals are available at $15 per hour.

Additionally, the rotunda can be rented during the off-season for $75 per hour.
