Drier and Warmer Conditions Return

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — West Central Texas is expected to remain dry and increasingly hot through at least the middle of next week, according to the National Weather Service in San Angelo.

Forecast models show little to no chance of rain across the region through Thursday, June 19, with most locations reporting precipitation probabilities at or below 10 percent. 

Temperatures are projected to climb over the weekend, with highs on Tuesday and Wednesday potentially reaching or exceeding 100 degrees in some areas. Sweetwater could see temperatures as high as 101 degrees on both days, while San Angelo is forecast to hit 99 degrees.
