At 6:18 p.m., a storm was located near San Angelo State Park moving north-northwest at 20 mph, with wind gusts up to 60 mph, frequent lightning, and pea-sized hail possible. The storm is expected to impact northern San Angelo, O.C. Fisher Reservoir, San Angelo State Park, Carlsbad, and Grape Creek.

Officials warned the storm could cause damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Residents in the warning area are advised to move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building and avoid windows.
