San Angelo to Warm Into the 70s by the End of the Week

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A cold front brought chilly temperatures to West Central Texas early Sunday, but a warming trend will begin this afternoon and continue through next week, the National Weather Service in San Angelo said. 

Morning lows ranged from the low to mid-20s across the region, with San Angelo recording 26 degrees. Afternoon highs are expected to climb into the mid-50s to lower 60s, with San Angelo forecast to reach around 60 degrees. 

The warming trend will push daytime highs into the upper 60s early this week, reaching the low to mid-70s by Friday and Saturday. Overnight lows will generally stay in the 30s and 40s. Dry conditions are expected to persist throughout the forecast period. 

For San Angelo, the extended forecast calls for:

  • Monday: High 66, low 35

  • Tuesday: High 63, low 45

  • Wednesday: High 62, low 32

  • Thursday: High 65, low 32

  • Friday: High 72, low 38

  • Saturday: High 73, low 39
