WASHINGTON, D.C. – The US House of Representatives on Wednesday finally reached a decision on who will be the Speaker of the House after a week of voting.
The majority party, the Republicans, have been split on who to vote in as the speaker since the removal of Kevin McCarthy three weeks ago. Now the Republicans have come to a decision and has elected Louisiana Congressman Mike Johnson.
Congressman August Pfluger of San Angelo, who voted for Johnson, said he was proud to support the new Speaker.
“Mike Johnson is a Constitutional lawyer and one of the strongest conservatives in Congress who has devoted his life and career to fighting for fundamental freedoms and traditional values —the Right to Life, Second Amendment, Free Speech, and Religious Liberty. He is also leading the charge to hold President Biden accountable on the Judiciary Committee and supporting our troops on the House Armed Services Committee. He will make a wonderful Speaker of the House, and I was proud to support him," said Pfluger. This process of electing a new Speaker has been arduous, but I have remained hard at work. Republicans are unified around Mike Johnson and will continue working diligently to secure our border, restore energy independence, and fix our economy.”
This will hopefully be a sign to an end of in fighting in the US House.

ALL of the democrats were suggesting that the 2016 election was faked and fraudulent, HBO even did a documentary called "Kill Chain". You should watch it as it exposes many issues with our current election systems post 2016. What has been done to rectify these issues? Nada.
