SAN ANGELO, TX – With only a few days until the start of the 2021 San Angelo Rodeo, crews have begun setting up the Western Shamrock Carnival.
Crews began assembling carnival rides Tuesday afternoon. The first day of the carnival is Apr. 9.
The Western Shamrock Carnival will kick off starting Friday, April 9, 2021 and run through Saturday, April 24, 2021 with all the wild rides and delicious food you have come to love! Ferris wheels to funnel cakes, ring toss to roller coasters, the carnival has something for everyone in the family! Each year the carnival sees close to 150,000 visitors enter the venue while nearly 170,000 must pass by or through it over the events 16 day run. It is the most visible landmark for February and it's initial set-up that begins in mid-January is one of the key indicators that it is nearly Rodeo and Stock Show time!

ALL YOU CAN RIDE for just $100! Purchase a CARNIVAL SUPER PASS and you will be on your way to exploring everything the carnival has to offer. This includes free admission to the fairgrounds at no additional charge. The Carnival Super Pass is available only at the Coliseum Box Office.
There is a one-day unlimited ride arm band for $35, though gate admission is also required to purchase the daily band.
