SAN ANGELO, TX – Some of the best bar-b-que competitors went head to head in fierce competition at the San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo Saturday and when the smoke cleared, the best of the best took home bragging rights and more.
50 teams signed up for the 11th annual event held at the north end of the Spur Arena. The Championship Cook-Off sponsored by the San Angelo Restaurant Association started in 2010 in efforts to raise money for the scholarship fund and encourage participation in events held during the Stock Show and Rodeo.
Winners for the 2021 Championship were announced after all the categories were judged throughout the day.
