San Angelo's Chief of Police Battles Ferocious Bulls and Survives

SAN ANGELO, TX — The San Angelo Chief of Police battled the bulls or got stuck in the barrel, depending on your perspective.

The crowd seemed excited and surprised at the same time when Chief Carter emerged from the barrel.

"I was excited to do it, but I would have liked to see  lot more bulls hitting me," Carter said.

Watch the action and then Chief Carter talks about how San Angelo Rodeo barrelman Justin Rumford showed him what to do.

None of the bull riders were able to score Saturday night, so that means the Chief met many fierce bulls as the barrelman.

Watch the fun above.
