The Best Barbecue at the 91st San Angelo Rodeo

SAN ANGELO, TX – Food on the Midway is always a favorite during rodeo season. This year the top spot was a local BBQ trailer that served up the best bbq sandwiches.

For the first time ever, the Country BBQ out of Veribest served as a food vendor at midway of the 91st San Angelo Rodeo. Zach Broz and his family's food trailer offered all kind of BBQ but their special was the Jimmy Lee Sandwich.

In the video above, Broz explains that the sandwich is named after his cousin. During X-treme bulls, Jimmy Lee was a bull fighter. After the long day he went to the Country BBQ and made a sandwich with chopped brisket, sliced sausage, and homemade bbq sauce.
