San Angelo Warns Citizens of Fake Water Testing

 

SAN ANGELO, TX— City of San Angelo issues warning of individuals posing as employees testing water inside resident’s homes.

Today, information from the City of San Angelo said that they have received several phone calls from residents about city employees testing water inside private residences. Information released says:

“We’ve received several phone call asking if City employees are being sent to test water inside citizen’s homes. Our employees do not test water inside home and are not permitted to enter private residences.

If you encounter someone who is impersonating a City of San Angelo employee, please report this to the non-emergency dispatch number at 325-657-4315 or call the Water Customer Service office at 325-657-4323.”
