SAN ANGELO, TX — Lowe’s Home Improvement will hand out free flood-cleanup supplies on Monday, July 7, at its San Angelo store in response to recent severe weather that has impacted parts of Texas.
The giveaway, part of Lowe’s “Bucket Brigades” initiative, will begin at 9 a.m. at 5301 Sherwood Way. Residents can receive one bucket of supplies per vehicle while supplies last.
Lowe’s announced the distribution effort on social media, stating it aims to support communities affected by storms across the state. Another distribution event is scheduled for Tuesday, July 8, in Kerrville, Texas, at 1 p.m.
City officials encouraged residents needing cleanup assistance to take advantage of the free resources.
