ASU Game Day to Feature Ram Jam, Free Concert and Pink Out Events

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - Angelo State University is inviting the community to take part in a full ASU Game Day of activities on Saturday, Oct. 4, including a Ram Jam tailgate party with a free concert, a home match for the Rambelles soccer team and the Rams' football game against UT Permian Basin.

Game day activities include:

  • 1 p.m.: Soccer - Rambelles vs. West Texas A&M, LeGrand Soccer Complex
  • 3-5 p.m.: - Ram Jam, LeGrand Alumni and Visitors Center
  • During Ram Jam - Free Concert by Texas country artist Logan Tucker

The Rams football and Belles soccer games will be the teams' annual Breast Cancer Awareness events, and fans are encouraged to wear pink and "Pink Out" the pre-game Ram Jam and the games.

Ram Jam and the included concert are free and open to the public. Other activities include performances by the ASU Ram Band and Cheer Team, free food and giveaways. Anyone 21 and over wishing to consume alcohol will need to get a free wristband from the wristband stations at Ram Jam. Each individual must present a valid government-issued photo ID to receive a wristband.

Fans are also encouraged to remember the Clear Bag Policy for ASU athletics events, and fans who can't make it to the games can still follow all the live action on the FloSports digital streaming service.
