City Transit Operations Impacted by Downtown Fire; Depot Closed

SAN ANGELO, TX — Concho Valley Transit announced Wednesday that its Downtown Depot is closed until further notice after a fire in the surrounding area left the facility without power, internet, and running water.

According to the agency, all operations are affected. Staff cannot take phone calls, and some trips may experience delays. However, all bus routes and trips remain active, and no services have been canceled.

Passengers can still contact Concho Valley Transit by using the online contact form at cvtd.org/contact or by sending a message through the agency’s Facebook page.

Officials thanked riders for their patience as crews work to restore utilities and resume normal operations.
