Goodfellow AFB Announces Changes to Gate Access and Hours

SAN ANGELO, TX – Starting on Monday, March 23, the hours for the South Gate and North Gate will swap due to the Visitor Control Center (VCC) remodel.

The new hours are as follows:
• North Gate: Open 24 hours.
• South Gate (Jacobson Gate): Open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.

It will be closed on weekends and federal holidays. Additionally, the temporary VCC located in the parking lot next to the North Gate will handle all pass and registration functions beginning on March 23. 

All rideshare and food delivery drivers will need to come through the North Gate, as there will be no access to any of the parking spaces surrounding the main VCC (next to the Jacobson Gate) during the remodel.
