WATCH: House Catches Fire Near Unidad Park

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Firefighters and first responders were dispatched close to Unidad Park on Tuesday for a house fire.

Around 10 a.m., the San Angelo Fire Department responded to the 3300 block of Vista del Arroyo in San Angelo regarding a house fire. 

According to radio reports, all the doors and windows of the home were closed, and firefighters had to kick in the door to gain access.

On scene, reporters observed heavy smoke billowing out of the residence and a vehicle parked in the driveway, but it is unknown if anyone was inside the building.

Firefighters relayed information that there was no gas at the residence, and they moved quickly to extinguish the blaze.
