IRVING, TX — Country music star Jon Pardi will perform at halftime of the 2025 Big 12 Football Championship on December 6 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, the conference announced Tuesday.
Pardi, the first country artist to perform during the title game, will be joined by the marching bands of both participating schools. The Big 12 said the collaboration reflects its effort to blend tradition with new fan experiences.
"I'm so fired up to be part of the Big 12 Football Championship game this year — and to be the first country artist to do it makes it even more fun," Pardi said. "We're going to give fans an unforgettable show."
The performance comes as Pardi promotes his fifth album, Honkytonk Hollywood, which includes the Top 10 single “Friday Night Heartbreaker.” Over his career, Pardi has earned six No. 1 singles and appeared at major football events, including the College Football Playoff and the NFL Draft.
The championship game will kick off at 11 a.m. CT and air on ABC. Tickets, starting at $109, go on sale at 10 a.m. CT Thursday, Aug. 14, exclusively through SeatGeek.
