LAREDO, TX — The Angelo State Rambelles opens its 2026 spring season Monday and Tuesday at the Jack Brown Invitational, hosted by Texas A&M International Dustdevils.
The 54-hole tournament will be contested Feb. 2–3 at Lakecliff Country Club in Spicewood, Texas, with teams playing 36 holes Monday followed by a final 18-hole round Tuesday.

Other schools in the field include Arkansas-Monticello, Blinn College, Concordia (Texas), Southeastern Oklahoma and Texas A&M-Victoria.
This marks the sixth consecutive season the Rambelles have competed in the Jack Brown Invitational under head coach Barb Odale. Angelo State finished second at the event last season after placing fifth in 2024.
The Rambelles closed the fall portion of their schedule with a 10th-place finish at the Midwestern State Invitational. Senior Mia Clarke led the team in that event, finishing 31st overall.
