Christoval, Wall Make Move in State Softball Rankings

SAN ANGELO, TX — Wall and Christoval each moved up five spots in this week’s state softball rankings.

Wall (20-3), which is on a five-game winning streak, jumped from No. 13 to No. 8 in the Class 3A rankings.

The Lady Hawks will visit Grape Creek on Tuesday before they embark on a run of four straight games against No. 11 Merkel and No. 1 Clyde from March 27-April 7.

Christoval (12-4-1), which has won four in a row while averaging 15 runs per game, moved from No. 22 to No. 17 in the 1A/2A rankings.

The Lady Cougars will host Sonora on Friday.
