Tiger Woods Involved in Rollover Crash in Florida

JUPITER ISLAND, FL — Tiger Woods was involved in a car crash on Friday on Jupiter Island, Florida, according to law enforcement officials.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the crash occurred on Jupiter Island but did not immediately provide details on Woods’ condition or the circumstances of the incident.

Jupiter Island is located on the southeastern side of Florida, north of West Palm Beach.

Woods, a 15-time major champion, had recently returned to competition earlier this week at the TGL championship, marking his first appearance since suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon last year.

His status for the upcoming Masters remains uncertain. Woods has won five of his major titles at Augusta National.

The crash comes several years after Woods was seriously injured in a 2021 vehicle accident in California that required multiple surgeries and sidelined him for months.
